You asked when you would ever disturb others. From what I've seen, this is a large reason the Admiral qualifies some as inmates.

Regardless, it is not my place to discipline you. I can do nothing if you do not report to the greenhouse, though I will make sure your warden is aware of this upon her awakening. And if you do chose to disturb others while she is unavailable, I imagine you will be disciplined by others.
