The first port I was around for, my wife and I were married with three kids and a couple months ago, my sister swapped places with me for a couple days. So, I don't know if I'd call that common, but it happens more often than I think we'd all like it to.

My entirely selfish reason? Is because a group of racist assholes stole my DNA and my wife's, and threw 'em together to make a baby to prove humans and aliens shouldn't coexist. They messed up the cloning process, and she ended up dying a few days after we found out she even existed. The Admiral said he'll bring her back if I graduate an inmate.

Now I know you wanna get back to Grace, and all I wanna do is go home with Elizabeth and T'Pol, and the fastest way we're gonna achieve that is if we work together on this. Diggin' your heels in and bein' mad at the system's not gonna change anything, and it's not gonna get you back to her.
